Fabric and accessories sourcing
High-quality materials are the basis for convincing products. We support you in sourcing the ideal fabrics and accessories for your project. We rely on our sourcing partners, with whom we have maintain personal relationships and stay in an intensive dialogue for many years. This close collaboration is a guarantee of excellent quality and also enables us to produce specific fabrics for you.
Product development
Bringing creative ideas to production maturity – our development team will be happy to assist you. We work together to finalise the project details. We produce prototypes whose dimensions, cut and comfort are optimised using model fittings. Until the product meets your expectations and withstands defined washing tests without compromise.
Pattern-making and gradation
Using modern CAD technology, we translate ideas into a digital design: the pattern. This pattern is transformed during the gradation process so that patterns are available in various sizes.
Sample production
Samples are a central element in the creation of convincing products: Does the prototype fulfil the requirements? What kind of potential for improvement is there? At our sample sewing room in Koblach, Austria, we produce high-quality wear samples. Your advantages: Flexibility and rapid realisation.
Production processing
Development is complete, the product is ready for production. How do you ensure smooth production? Thanks to our many years of experience in the industry, we know what is important in this process. We will be happy to handle the entire process for you – from order creation to instruction and monitoring of production through to material despatch.
Supply chain management
What processes are necessary for your product to reach the end customer? At your request, we can manage the supply chain so that the co-operation between the parties involved works efficiently. This includes the import and export handling of raw materials, semi-finished products and end products as well as the reliable coordination of deadlines.
Quality control
The quality of your products has top priority. After all, quality determines the extent to which your product range fulfils the needs of your customers. Careful checks are a matter of course for us – before and during production, after the receipt of goods, before dispatching and the final handover to the customer. This is how we ensure that your products impress our customers with their flawless workmanship, fit and perfect dimensions.
Repair and alteration service
Even high-quality materials and accessories wear out at some point. Our sewing team can replace worn zips, replace press studs and repair minor damage. The length and fit of new items can also be adjusted or logos applied.
